Role Description

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable

Sales Executive

to join our team at the

Heathrow branch

. This is a key role focused on supporting customers across the civils and groundworks sector, so

experience in civils sales is essential

.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and at the trade counter -- providing quotes, processing orders, and building strong, lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and friendly team in a fast-paced environment, with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound enquiries from trade and retail customers Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets Offer technical guidance and product support within the civils sector Contribute to a positive and customer-focused branch environment

Competitive Salary Offered

Hours: 7.30am-5pm Mon-Fri

Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements

Proven sales experience within the

civils industry

(essential) Strong product knowledge in groundworks and civil engineering supplies Excellent communication and negotiation skills A commitment to outstanding customer service IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks A proactive, team-oriented approach
