Main Purpose:

Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles, accessories, finance products, and warranties within company guidelines.



Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and follow up on new and existing customers to maximise sales and retention. Deliver high customer satisfaction and meet bonus targets. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, handle objections, and manage the full sales process through to handover. Maintain up-to-date product and competitor knowledge. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly. Ensure all vehicles and displays are well-presented, and complete all sales documentation and reports accurately and on time.
