The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the B2B sector. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments. Utilise HubSpot and other CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs effectively. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing is essential. Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
