Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective care agencies, care homes, and healthcare professionals. Promote and pitch our training platform and explain the benefits of our services. Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship building. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide feedback on sales strategies to improve outreach and conversion rates.
