Sales Executive
to drive growth across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on the construction industry. This role involves selling comprehensive waste management solutions--including skip hire, recycling, and subcontract services--to a wide range of clients from developers to commercial businesses.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying and securing new business across construction, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Building strong relationships with site managers, procurement teams, facilities managers, and decision-makers.
Selling tailored waste management services including skip hire, recycling, and subcontracted solutions.
Growing a network of subcontract partners while maintaining high service standards and profitability.
Developing strategic sales plans to engage major firms and expand market reach.
Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing profitable deals.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Tracking pipeline activity and customer data in CRM systems.
Spotting upselling and cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in waste management, construction, logistics, or facilities services.
Strong understanding of operational needs across sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with a consultative sales approach.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Existing network within construction, property development, or commercial sectors.
Familiarity with skip hire logistics, recycling compliance, and subcontractor management.
CRM system experience.
