We have an exciting opportunity to join our Honda dealership with newly established Brands in Omoda and Jaecoo.

Due to recent growth of the new brands we are looking to recruit a determined and enthusiastic person within a sales environment. With some very exciting new products that have just arrived and with lots more in the pipeline we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the benefits of these fantastic new models whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Experience within a sales background is required but doesn't have to be within the motor trade.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth. Utilise Dealer Management System to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong communication skills in English; Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
