The Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Sales Executive

to join our team. This role is primarily

phone-based

, handling a mix of

inbound and outbound sales calls

, supported by email communication and occasional

face-to-face sales in our store

.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing product advice, and converting enquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Office & Store

Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment. Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and support.

Sales:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs. Process orders and invoicing Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective resolutions. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and stay updated on product knowledge. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Positive and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Schedule

Monday to Friday | 9am-5pm
