Hardtops Uk are a family run business who specialise in the distribution, sale and fitment of pickup truck hardtop canopies, roller tops, lids, drawer systems and a large range of accessories.

Due to the expansion of our business, we require a sales executive who is enthusiastic, and is willing to expand their knowledge within our business

You will possess experience of working in a sales role preferably within the motor trade or from a retail or tele sales background. You will have the ability to work to high standards providing excellent customer service and an ability to work eventually unsupervised within a small sales team.

You will be fully trained in our sales process from initial telephone enquiry through to completion so that you are confident in taking your customers through the sales process in a confident and thoughtful way, but have the strength to close the sale and complete the process.

We will be looking for those that can demonstrate a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach, that are target driven and have a full UK driving licence.

Main Responsibilities:

Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries. Signing customers in for fitting, demonstrating and then handing product over. Maximising profit by achieving KPI's for unit sales and add on accessory sales. Dealing with customer queries and seeing this through to completion. Answering customer queries on availability and delivery questions.
Hours of work are usually 8:00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We anticipate that a Sales Executive would earn c. 45k by the end of their first year but this will depend on the efforts applied within the role and determination to achieve targets. Our commission schemes are not capped.
