Job duties:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries on bookings, future stays, and post-checkout matters.
Work with senior management to understand guest needs and optimise service delivery.
Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience at every interaction.
Maximise sales by promoting room types, amenities, packages, and event spaces. Advise clients on budgeting, payments, and suitable packages.
Communicate regularly with supervisors on targets, progress, and feedback.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Track sales activity and support development of strategies to meet targets.
Manage expectations on room availability and check-in/out processes.
Maintain expert knowledge of hotel services and competitive advantages.
Forecast sales goals, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust approaches to meet market demands.
Job requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role. On the job training provided.
Degree qualifications preferred. Other qualifications considered.
