Purpose of the Role
Critical Power Supplies Ltd (CPS) is looking for a committed Enterprise UPS Sales Executive to lead the promotion and sales of CyberPower's single- and three-phase enterprise UPS solutions in the UK. This funded role, established through a strategic partnership with CyberPower, aims to establish CyberPower as a premium UK enterprise UPS brand and to drive substantial sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
oProactively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for CyberPower's enterprise UPS solutions.
oDeliver against agreed sales targets: 650k Year 1 and 1.5m Year 2.
oConvert leads into opportunities through structured follow-up and account management.
Relationship Management
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, and channel partners.
oAct as the dedicated point of contact for all CyberPower enterprise UPS sales within CPS.
Lead Development
oWork closely with CPS marketing to progress campaigns (email, Linked In, SEO, events).
oGenerate and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM.
Collaboration
oPartner with CPS's engineering and service teams to ensure seamless delivery from sale to installation and aftercare.
oCoordinate with CyberPower UK & Ireland on product knowledge, playbooks, and case studies.
Reporting & Compliance
oMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in CRM.
oProvide regular reporting to CPS and CyberPower management.
oEnsure compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 in all sales activities.
Skills & Experience Required
B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally within backup power, but experience from IT, power solutions, electrical, or related technical sectors will also be considered.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while leveraging CPS's infrastructure.
Competent with CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting.
Technical awareness of power protection, UPS systems, or IT infrastructure (preferred but not essential).
