Sales Executive - Brindley Kia West Bromwich

5-Day Working Week | No Sundays

Brindley Kia West Bromwich is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our busy, modern showroom. If you thrive in a customer-focused sales environment and want to work for a well-established, family-owned motor group, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, welcoming customers into the showroom, understanding their needs, and guiding them confidently through the vehicle buying process. You'll deliver a first-class customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

You'll enjoy a 5-day working week with no Sundays, offering an excellent work-life balance, with a set day off in the week. You will also be entitled to a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through professionalism and integrity Recommend vehicles and finance products tailored to customer needs Prepare order forms and complete all relevant sales documentation accurately Support promotional activities, showroom displays, campaigns, and training sessions
About You

Proven experience in automotive sales within a main dealership environment A strong sales track record with a desire to succeed Confident communicator with excellent customer interaction skills Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven A positive team player with a professional appearance Full UK driving licence required
