We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales executive to join our expanding sales team.
Covering the South West, the core focus of this position is to sell and lease water coolers to commercial premises through offering free trials and following up with lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach businesses to offer free trials of water coolers and boilers with the intention of entering the customer into a lease agreement following a successful product trial.
Proactively contact potential customers and increase awareness of our products through cold calling, lead generation and site visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure any repeat business and upselling opportunities are achieved, along with ensuring the client is 100% satisfied with the service we are providing.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and forecasts using our CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
To entertain key clients at social and sporting events.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment (experience in the water cooler or related industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and results driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Industry and product training shall be provided to the successful candidate.
Basic salary of 25,584, along with uncapped commission, with OTE 48,984 per annum based on achieving minimum monthly targets.
Our top-performing sales representatives are consistently earning over 100,000 annually.
