The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Executive with knowledge of the vaping industry preferred. This is a hands-on, office-based role that blends customer-facing responsibilities with a variety of administrative and commercial tasks. You'll work closely with the Sales Director across key retail accounts including Heron Foods, B&M, Home Bargains, Tesco, and Booker.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow their experience in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and having a real impact on business operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Director on key vape and battery accounts

Respond to and manage incoming enquiries (email/website), ensuring timely follow-up and lead allocation

Handle day-to-day admin for key accounts: emails, phone enquiries, and inter-department coordination

Track and organise promotions, claims, and audit trails for key customer accounts

Manage supplier administration for branded vape promotions, including rebate and support tracking

Attend meetings (in person/virtually) and ensure action points are captured and followed through

Support Sales Director with calendar, emails, and meeting preparation

Book travel, process expenses, and handle other general administrative duties

Join weekly branded vape meetings, ensuring clear notes and action items are circulated

Coordinate with the VN Labs team to rework expired vape stock and minimise write-offs

Build vaping product knowledge to confidently support customer and internal queries

Calculating monthly claims from each retailer based on promotional activity and keeping track of what we have paid, what we are due to pay & what we are due to receive in support from 3rd party suppliers

Sales & stock review of joint ventures in Spain & Romania to understand over/under stock and orders

Weekly review of retailer vape stock (sent by Data Analyst) and follow up on recommended actions

Review Supreme stock per category and recommend actions to streamline 30m stock portfolio without impacting sales

Vape tax label project working with KA to ensure display solutions are optimised for reduced shrink and full support full change over of range with tax labels

What We're Looking For:

Understanding of and interest in the vaping industry

Confident communicator, comfortable speaking directly with customers

Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting

Flexible and hands-on attitude; willing to take on varied duties

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A creative problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment

Driving License will be desirable as from time-to-time trade shows and customer meetings will need to be attended
