Job Description

Location: Cornwall (Hybrid / Field-based) Salary: 37,000 - 30,000 per annum + commission (based on sales performance)

Kappa is a globally recognised brand with a rich heritage in team sport, fashion, and performance apparel. With a strong presence across professional clubs, grassroots teams, and sports retailers worldwide, Kappa continues to grow its footprint across the UK market.

We are now looking to appoint a Sales Executive to support and expand our team sportswear division in the UK.

The Role

A a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts while proactively driving new business opportunities with sports teams and sports retailers across the UK. This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously, and has a strong eye for identifying and converting growth opportunities within the team sports sector.

Responsibilities



Manage and develop relationships with Kappa's key teamwear accounts across the UK Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business Proactively identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities with sports teams, clubs, schools, universities, and retailers Generate and manage your own sales leads from prospecting through to order completion Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, handling enquiries, quotations, and ongoing account support Accurately manage sales activity, pipelines, and customer data using CRM systems Use Microsoft Office, Monday.com, CRM platforms, and Shopify to manage orders, reporting, and workflows Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered to brand standards Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for upselling and account growth Represent Kappa professionally and consistently in line with brand values

Skills & ExperienceEssential:



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workload Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A high standard of customer service Strong commercial awareness with a focus on business development Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience working with CRM systems and digital platforms

Experience within team sportswear, sports retail, or B2B sales Experience using Monday.com and Shopify Knowledge of the UK team sports and sports retail landscape
