Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive our sales strategy and foster a culture of success. This role will involve overseeing the sales progression process, ensuring alignment with company goals, and implementing best practices to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be assisting with the day-to-day Sales of a wide-ranging portfolio of Shared Ownership. Consulting with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service and a high volume of new build sales.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, confident, and approachable, capable of adapting their approach to achieve a comprehensive sales service and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities * Act as the first point of contact for customers at all stages of enquiry, reservation, under contract to completion of the sale, for our stock plots.
