An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Uttoxeter Agency.

About the role:

As a Sales Executive for the Uttoxeter Agency you will:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation to grow the client base. Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services. Present and explain insurance policy options in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring clients are fully informed and confident in their decisions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, cross-selling of Financial Services and Risk Management Services, and long-term loyalty. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and policy documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and maintain compliance. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM systems and reporting tools.

About you:

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people and a flair for sales? Do you want to work for a trusted name in insurance, right at the heart of your local community? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, you'd be:

Experienced in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services (though not essential). A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Willing to learn and develop professionally - we'll support you with full training and development opportunities.

Desirable:

Cert CII or willingness to work toward professional qualifications. Knowledge of insurance products or FCA compliance.
