The ideal candidate will have:

You will engage with potential clients through telemarketing, manage leads via CRM, produce engaging video content for marketing, and run social media campaigns that support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct telemarketing and outbound sales activities to generate leads and book appointments.
Use
Salesforce CRM
to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Present products and services both in person and via digital presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Videography & Content Production
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
Record product demos, service walk-throughs, customer testimonials, and brand videos.
Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and messaging.
Manage video equipment, lighting, sound, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut).
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement.
Develop creative campaigns that support business growth and sales targets.
Track performance metrics and optimise content based on analytics.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with promotions and sales strategies.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with the marketing team to translate video and social media content into measurable sales activity.
Support brand events, campaigns, promotions, and product launches with digital content and sales input.
Experience & Skills Required Sales Experience
Proven experience in a sales role (automotive industry preferred).
Strong telemarketing and communication skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
Videography Skills
Experience filming, editing, and producing video content.
Ability to operate DSLR/ mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Portfolio or examples of past video work highly beneficial.
Social Media Expertise
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media accounts.
Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
Ability to create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and long-form video.
Other Requirements
English fluency (required)

Automotive service experience: 1 year (required)
Must commute or relocate to Walsall WS2 0BP
