Location: Wakefield (Office-based)

Salary: 30,000 + uncapped commission

About the Role


We're looking for a confident and driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing commercial team in Wakefield. This is a fully office-based role where you'll be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients, promoting our technical services, and helping to drive business growth.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships over the phone, and be motivated by achieving (and beating!) sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calling and prospecting. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and support. Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets. Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Keep track of sales activity, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to support sales conversations.

What We're Looking For


We want someone who is commercially minded, confident on the phone, and skilled at building rapport quickly. You'll be resilient, organised, and motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a sales role (e.g. Business Development, B2B Telesales, Technical Sales, Account Management, Sales Coordination). Confidence in negotiating and closing deals. Strong communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships. IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

Desirable (Not Essential)



Experience working in or selling into the construction, building, or property sectors. Full UK driving licence (role is office-based, but useful for commuting options). Experience in training, coaching, or developing others.
