Sales Executives
to help drive our next phase of success. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated B2B sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and making a real impact on company growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term retention.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise account value.
Work closely with the existing Sales Team to align sales activity with promotions and campaigns.
Track sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline activity to support informed decision-making.
Negotiate and close deals while building strong, lasting customer relationships.
Share insights on market trends and competitor activity to support product and marketing strategy.
Help raise brand awareness through social media and company profile development.
Efficiently process customer orders, returns, and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of customer service.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B, internal, or direct sales.
Strong account management skills with a customer-first mindset.
Confident negotiators with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own customer base.
Electrical Wholesale experience is advantageous but not essential.
