We are looking for an Internal Salesperson to establish strong customer relationships through daily communications via telephone, email, and our online social media channels. This position is based in our Waltham Abbey office. Your main responsibilities will include generating new business, contacting customers, following up on orders, and identifying additional sales opportunities for our products and services.

Responsibilities
You will work in our Waltham Abbey office in Essex, collaborating with our small team of colleagues. Below is a brief overview of the tasks you will be expected to perform in this role:
- Make professional outbound telephone calls
- Contact our customers daily
- Follow up on inquiries
- Follow up on previous orders
- Follow up on customer reviews
- Develop sales leads
- Write emails to customers
- Communicate via our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Keep up to date with relevant paperwork and administrative tasks
- Plan and manage sales tasks
- Gather market and customer information
Skills & Requirements
Candidates must be natural conversationalists who enjoy engaging with people. You should possess strong communication skills, be confident and enthusiastic, and be able to build rapport with customers. Being a good listener is essential to understand our customers' needs.
Qualifications Required
- Background in sales and lead generation
- Experience engaging with customers over the telephone
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Proficient administrative and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
