Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential customers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements

3-5 Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong telemarketing skills, with experience in cold calling and lead generation. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
