Jadeite Glazing is a small, family run business offering high quality and bespoke Windows, doors and Conservatories. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven, Glazing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong background in B2C and B2B sales (a bonus), telemarketing, and proficiency in CRM software. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Great earning potential for the right candidate and flexible working. A great bonus scheme and earnings potential for the right candidate. Experience in UPVC and Aluminium is a must and if you have timber experience, that's a bonus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Call our leads from marketing campaigns, discuss the clients requirements and get the client booked in either the showroom or at their home to advise on products/services that we can offer
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports
Requirements
Proven experience in B2C and B2B (A bonus) sales, preferably within a similar industry
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
