At the Affinity Group, your role as Sales Executive will involve:

Handling inbound enquiries for our two contractor focused brands, Aardvark Accounting and SG Accounting, via email, phone calls and web form Ascertaining the prospects needs, explaining our services and giving them a quote, upselling where appropriate Following up all enquiries to maximise conversion rates Using our sales CRM (Pipedrive) to manage leads, accurately capture relevant data and produce reports Getting new clients signed up and handed over smoothly to the onboarding team Working closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure lead quality, conversion rates and client types are optimised Weekly reporting and analysis

About You:

A brilliant people person and skilled sales person Experienced in a similar sales role, ideally within financial services (although full and thorough product training will be given) Confident and organised with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Driven to make the most of every sales opportunity yet empathetic towards the needs of the individual you are speaking to
