Overview

We are a well established, independent Used Car Dealership based in Corfe Mullen, that is getting ever busier; so we are looking for a new member of the team to help us continue to offer fantastic customer service, in a great environment. Alongside selling cars we also run a busy workshop, and the candidate would need to help with booking in customers both over the phone and face to face.

The ideal candidate would be customer focussed, willing to learn and have excellent communication skills.

Our working hours are 08:30-18:00 Monday - Friday & 08:30-17:00 on Saturdays; you would work a 5 day week to include a Saturday with a day off during the week.

Duties

Greet customers both face to face, over the phone and via e-mail through our various advertising platforms. Take a customer through a sales process and be comfortable with negotiation. Conduct part exchange vehicle appraisals. Manage and update customers after the sale of a vehicle, including handing it over. Assist with presentation of used car stock, and the showroom environment. Assist with the front of house for our workshop customers. Delivering/collecting cars where required.

Experience

Retail Sales experience is required; doesn't need to be in car sales as we can provide training. Full, valid UK Licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and no more than 3 points. Due to insurance restrictions, the candidate must be over 21.
As this is a varied role, this will be a salaried position rather than basic+ commission. We hope this will ensure the pressured environment often associated with sales jobs doesn't exist here, so you will be free to focus on providing a great experience to our customers.

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
