Used Stock Sales Executive

to help us build on our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on used vehicle sales, supporting customers through every stage of their journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, purchase, and handover. You'll be working within a well-established team, backed by a trusted brand and a strong stock profile.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full used car sales process, from first contact through to delivery and aftercare. Deliver a professional, informed, and welcoming experience for all customers, maintaining the high standards of the Renault and Dacia brands. Understand each customer's needs and provide tailored vehicle and finance solutions. Upsell value-added products such as warranties, insurance, and service plans where appropriate. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all used stock inventory. Maximise every sales opportunity using the dealership CRM, customer database, walk-ins, online enquiries, and referrals. Generate new business through outbound calls and proactive customer follow-up.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail. A confident communicator who enjoys working with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven. A full UK driving licence is essential.
