Job Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team on a self-employed basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to directly impact company growth through sales while supporting key administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Responsibilities (Primary Role - 70%)



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings (in person or virtually).
Understand customer needs and present customized logistics solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities as a representative of the company.

Administrative Responsibilities (Secondary Role - 30%)



Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking delivery documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, reports, and sales documentation.
Support the director with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
Help prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Manage basic office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid role.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of sales or account management experience (logistics experience is a plus).
Prior administrative or office support experience is desirable.
