We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Executives to join our Sales team, selling new and used cars. The Sales Executive role involves guiding the customer through the sale of the vehicle, providing excellent customer service to present and advise on the products that best suit the customer's needs.

Key responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Assist clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay up to date with vehicle models and product offerings
Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
What we're looking for:
Previous motor trade experience in sales (desirable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalised customer experience
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
