Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
Manage and update client information using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up
Present product or service offerings to clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets
Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Knowledge of warehousing and freight forwarding
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
