Role Overview:



We are seeking a dedicated and ethical Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our membership base and involves both sales and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity and excel in a 'soft' sales approach, always placing honesty above anything else. All your work will be done over the telephone or via email and LinkedIn - no face-to-face visits.

Key Responsibilities:



Contacting Warm and Cold Leads:

Engage with warm leads to promote and sell HR Inner Circle membership. Identify cold leads to promote and sell HR Inner Circle membership to. Provide detailed and accurate information about our membership benefits and services.
Reconnecting with Ex-Members:

Reach out to former members to invite them to rejoin the community. Understand and address any previous concerns to facilitate their return.
Regular Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and CRM data. Analyse sales metrics and propose improvements to enhance performance.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a professional services environment. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Extremely high level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices. We never, ever, mislead or bluff. Honesty is everything. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems, we use Pipedrive and Snov.io. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent English.
