About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated Car Sales Executive to enhance our team at
EMG Mazda Boston.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about building long lasting relationships with customers, delivering consistently high standards of customer service and who have a keen interest in the automotive industry.
EMG Boston
is an established Mazda dealership located in , Lincolnshire, UK. We offer a wide range of new and used Mazda vehicles, including the latest models featuring innovative design and advanced technology.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for the industry.
Drive vehicle sales, along with service plans and insurance, maximising profit and earnings.
Engage with customers through follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and test drives.
Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging every opportunity to maximise earnings.
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system.
Actively contribute to a high-performing sales team, aiming to surpass both personal and team goals.
Requirements
A polished professional with a hunger for success and an excellent ability to build rapport.
Proven experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred but not mandatory.
A Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years (essential).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
