Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
You'll be a key player in our inbound sales team, managing the full sales process and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate quotes to customers within the hour.
Upsell products and services to our extensive existing customer base.
Promptly respond to customer emails and inbound enquiries.
Close sales confidently and process initial payments efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Use MS Office tools for managing tasks and communications.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Preferred (but not essential):
1+ year of B2C sales experience (preferred)
1+ year of telesales or B2B sales experience (preferred)
GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in Maths and English
