Boxaroma is a exciting new fragrance brand offering a unique and personalised perfume experience. We're looking for a charismatic and motivated Sales Executive to be the face of our brand at our vibrant kiosk in a busy retail environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Engage & Excite.

Proactively and warmly engage with shoppers, introducing them to the Boxaroma experience.

Drive Sales:

Demonstrate our product range, explain the unique gift-box concept, and close sales.

Maximize Earnings:

Leverage our excellent commission structure to significantly boost your take-home pay.

Customer Service:

Provide a fantastic, memorable customer experience that encourages repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Become an expert on our fragrances and be able to make personalised recommendations.

Operations:

Handle transactions, manage stock levels at the kiosk, and maintain a clean and inviting presentation.
What We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):

A confident and outgoing personality--you're not afraid to start a conversation! A natural salesperson with a proven drive to achieve and exceed targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or promotional work is a big plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for fantastic customer service. Reliability and a professional appearance.
