Sales Executive - Private Dentistry Enquiries

Full-time | Permanent | Leeds (Hybrid)

Genix Healthcare own and operate 15 newly refurbished dental practices across England. We are now promoting our private dentistry treatments through the successful conversion of telephone and online enquiries -- and we're looking for someone to help make that happen.

Based at our Leeds Head Office, you'll play a key role in our contact centre, managing both inbound and outbound patient enquiries. This is a sales role with a difference: we want you to bring your individuality and personality to every call, building natural rapport and helping patients feel valued and excited about their journey with us.

At Genix Healthcare, our ambition is to be the number one choice for private dentistry in the UK, covering both general and cosmetic treatments. Delivering the "wow" factor on every call will be key to helping us stand out.

What you'll do:

Build a trusting, caring relationship with every patient

Provide calm, supportive, and understanding responses to patient needs

Deliver impeccable standards of customer service

Answer private patient enquiries with confidence

Actively promote Genix Healthcare private dental and hygiene plans, enrolling patients as appropriate

Proactively manage tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Contribute positively to a motivated, team-focused environment

What we're looking for:

Previous sales experience (healthcare preferred but not essential)

A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport

Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound enquiries

Pride in delivering a high standard of work at all times

Availability to work occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota)

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Saturday, 09:00 - 13:00 (on rota with other team members)
