: Base salary of 23,810 Year 1, based on zero commission
(Salary may be negotiable dependent on previous sales experience)
Year 2 on target salary expectations of 26-29k
Year 3 onwards uncapped
We have an opportunity for a self-motivated trainee/salesperson to create new business and sales opportunities whilst enjoying the benefits of being part of a successful & growing business.
The role:
Would suit a confident candidate with previous customer facing experience to introduce our brand and products to a range of clients in various industries. Following training you will be expected to source and develop new business and grow existing accounts for the installation, sales, service, hire and maintenance of two-way radio equipment and associated products. In return, you will be rewarded with a generous profit based commission package that remains uncapped to ensure that you receive rewards for all of your efforts.

Confident using Microsoft Office packages
Main tasks:
Building relationships over the phone & increasing company revenue by actively seeking new sales and business opportunities.
Developing an understanding of clients immediate and long-term needs
Proposing tailored, cost effective solutions that deliver the right results
To provide customer support over the telephone
Maintain and develop ongoing customer relationships
Active customer account management
Up sell to clients to include equipment upgrades, annual maintenance visits
Research and source new leads
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
Attend networking events as required
Encourage referrals
Manager liaison regarding project management of system installations
Achieving monthly & annual turnover and profit targets following training
Achieve weekly prospect call targets
General & ADHOC Duties:
1. Maintain accurate data on the CRM system
2. Radio communication training in house and at manufacturers premises
3. Follow ISO procedures as set out by the Quality Manager
4. To carry out other duties as necessary, as instructed by managers
