About the Role

As a Sales & Fashion Advisor, you'll be a key part of our Edinburgh flagship store. Your positive attitude and customer-first mindset will help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every visitor.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting customers with enthusiasm and offering friendly, attentive service Guiding shoppers through the full Eight Yards experience: ready-to-wear, kilt hire, and bespoke tailoring Providing styling advice for weddings, formal events, and everyday wear Assisting with fittings and tailoring consultations Supporting stock management, visual displays, and in-store tech systems Working as part of a supportive, upbeat team where no two days are the same
What We're Looking For

Positive, friendly, and genuinely people-focused A strong communicator who enjoys customer interaction Professional in appearance and comfortable offering styling advice Confident using technology and point-of-sale systems Organised, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment Willing to learn about tailoring, fit, and made-to-measure services Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but the right attitude matters most

Primarily based at the Edinburgh flagship store, with flexibility to provide cover at other locations as needed.
