Snatch and Glow is a leading aesthetics clinic and training academy delivering cutting-edge treatments and accredited courses in London, Manchester, and Dubai. We're looking for a

results-driven Sales Floor Manager

to lead our growing sales team from our West London HQ (W14 8AP).

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators, driving performance and ensuring KPIs are consistently met Convert inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website into course bookings and treatment sales Manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM and ensure accurate tracking of deals and follow-ups Handle high-value consultations and guide clients through our offerings with confidence and care Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategy and provide feedback on lead quality Deliver a seamless, professional experience for all prospective students and clients

Salary & Benefits:

Equivalent to 2,100 per month based on full availability Payment will vary depending on the number of days worked, as this is a self-employed role Uncapped commission structure Career progression opportunities as we expand across cities

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or education/training) Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent closing, communication and organisational abilities
