LT Foods is a US$1bn global FMCG with 70+ years of farm?to?fork heritage. We're scaling fast in the UK and looking for a high?energy graduate to join our commercial team in the North.

A front?row seat in FMCG sales: independents, cash & carry, wholesalers and key supermarkets.
Real responsibility from week one, with hands?on coaching from senior sales leaders.

What you'll do
Grow distribution and sales across your Northern patch (Greater Manchester / Yorkshire).
Own store relationships - be the go?to for managers and buyers; fix issues fast.
Win the shelf - check availability, activate promotions, improve planograms, build secondary sites.
Make the brand shine - set up POS, support chef demos/sampling days and local community events.
Use data to decide - report on rate?of?sale, promo uplift and competitor moves; suggest actions.
Work cross?functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver OTIF results.
Represent LT Foods with professionalism, integrity and a consumer?first mindset.
What you'll bring
Recent graduate (any discipline) with genuine interest in FMCG/food and building a sales career.
People person who enjoys being on the road and in stores; confident communicator.
Ownership mentality - organised, resilient, hungry to learn and comfortable with targets.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North/midlands (occasional weekends for events).
Right to work in the UK.
What you'll learn in 6 months
FMCG selling fundamentals: coverage planning, call cycles, pricing, promotions and negotiation.
Perfect store execution: availability, visibility and activation.
Using data tools/CRM to turn insight into action.
Event activation and brand storytelling that converts shoppers to buyers.
