Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for weddings and events.
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
Ensure all team members follow best practices in sales processes, viewings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, and key industry partners.
Operational & Financial Oversight
Understand and work with the venue's financial model, ensuring sales decisions align with profitability goals.
Analyse sales performance, forecast revenue, and implement improvements based on financial insights.
Work closely with operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event delivery and cost-effective planning.
Client Engagement & Conversion
Manage high-value clients and lead by example during viewings, sales calls, and negotiations.
Ensure excellent client experience from enquiry to event handover.
Oversee the preparation, presentation, and accuracy of proposals, contracts, and pricing.
Marketing & Social Media
Design promotional campaigns, open days, and seasonal offers.
Develop strategies to increase visibility and brand awareness across social media platforms.
Provide content ideas, trends, and insights relevant to weddings and events.
Venue Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of venue capacities, offerings, packages, logistics, and operational nuances.
Contribute to service improvements and enhancements to keep the venue competitive and appealing.
Ensure the venue remains relevant for modern trends, especially multicultural and fusion weddings.
Multicultural Weddings & Events
Promote and manage multicultural wedding opportunities (e.g., Indian, Muslim, Asian, African, Jewish, Fusion weddings, etc.).
Understand cultural preferences, rituals, and logistical requirements unique to these events.
Build partnerships with suppliers and vendors who support multicultural celebrations.
Availability & Flexibility
Work weekends, evenings, and peak seasons as required to meet the demands of sales viewings and client interactions.
Be available for key events, open days, exhibitions, and wedding fairs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience
in the weddings and events industry, preferably within a premium venue or large-scale event environment.
Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, and team management.
Strong background in handling

Demonstrated understanding of business financials, pricing models, and profitability.
Experience in
marketing, digital presence management, and social media promotion
for hospitality or event venues.
