Sales Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our SilverEdge team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and connecting with restaurants and takeaways that can benefit from our unique services. You'll introduce them to our solutions, showcasing how we can significantly boost their online presence and drive remarkable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Identification: You'll research and cultivate a list of potential clients who aren't fully leveraging delivery platforms or are struggling to maximize their online visibility. In many instances, these leads will be provided to you.

Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to effectively present SilverEdge's compelling value proposition.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with restaurant owners and key decision-makers.

Consultative Approach: Understand each client's specific needs thoroughly and customize your pitch to demonstrate how our services directly align with their goals.

Progress Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and progress within our CRM system.

Market Feedback: Share valuable insights on current market trends and client feedback to help us continuously refine our services and strategies.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Experience (A Plus, Not Required): Previous sales experience, especially within the hospitality or food service industries, is beneficial but not a prerequisite.

Exceptional Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach to client interactions.

Self-Motivated: Proactive, independent, and capable of working effectively without constant oversight.
