Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads for various clients across a variety of industry sectors.
This role involves direct communication with businesses and organisations across a wide range of industry sectors. You'll be reaching out via phone, building rapport, identifying needs, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the relevant business teams to convert.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to a variety of businesses and organisations across different industries.
Generate high-quality leads for multiple clients, tailored to their unique requirements.
Achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential clients through confident and engaging communication.
Accurately record all lead data and interactions in the relevant reporting tools.
Work independently while staying aligned with overall campaign goals and client expectations.
Collaborate with team managers to continuously improve performance and lead quality.
Experience
Proven lead generation experience - ideally within a B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing environment.
Motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
Sales-focused, with a keen interest in generating business opportunities.
Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers across different industries.
Personable and able to easily build rapport with prospective customers.
Self-motivated and capable of working effectively on your own initiative.
Professional and friendly in communication, both verbal and written.
