About Our Services
You will be promoting a full range of professional property services, including:
General property maintenance
End of tenancy, office, builders, and communal block cleaning
Interior painting and decorating
Kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting
Laminate, tile, vinyl, and carpet floor installation
A strong understanding of the property market--especially the needs of landlords and estate agents--is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively approach and engage potential clients, including letting agents, estate agents, landlords, housing associations, and commercial companies
Build strong relationships and identify service needs to offer tailored maintenance and cleaning solutions
Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Manage your own schedule, daily route, and lead generation activities
Maintain a growing pipeline of prospects and follow up on all leads promptly
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new accounts and revenue
Keep accurate records of interactions, contacts, and progress
Attend networking events, trade shows, and in-person visits to grow brand presence
