As we scale, we're looking for a
Sales Lead
with sharp commercial instincts and a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities
Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new client opportunities, selling Momentum's consulting services to senior decision-makers in mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting.
Present and position Momentum's unique consulting offerings with clarity and confidence.
Own the full sales cycle--from initial outreach to proposal and close.
Work directly with senior leadership to align on prospecting strategies and client fit.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipelines, and conversions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, consulting, or transformation.
A strong understanding of business operations, change, or transformation topics is a big plus but not essential
Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a commission based structure where performance drives reward.
