Sales Lead, Online & Omnichannel - Medical Devices is focused on formulating and operationalising a comprehensive EMEA omnichannel business strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to define the commercial roadmap, build business cases, and set the foundations for long-term growth across online and offline channels. The role centers on creating an omnichannel strategy that drives online sales of prescription-based products and integrates digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Define and deliver a clear omnichannel vision and roadmap for EMEA
  • Develop strategies to migrate prescription-based purchases from clinics to online platforms.
  • Build business cases for subscription models, private-label propositions, and recurring service solutions
  • Assess current capabilities and identify gaps in technology, processes, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, digital) to align execution plans
  • Create actionable playbooks and KPIs to guide implementation across markets
  • Advise on partnerships with major e-commerce players and healthcare retailers
  • Ensure strategies are data-driven, commercially viable, and scalable across diverse EMEA markets.

  • Proven track record in driving online sales and shifting consumer behavior toward digital solutions

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cultural complexity across EMEA
  • Hands-on, agile, and able to influence senior stakeholders
