We're a fast-growing sales and marketing agency specialising in customer acquisition and brand representation. This

Sales Leader

role is ideal for beginners/professionals who enjoy leading from the front and developing high-performing teams.

You'll be responsible for driving results on face-to-face campaigns while coaching, supporting, and developing team members to consistently meet performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on face-to-face customer campaigns Coach, train, and motivate a sales team Support onboarding and development of new starters Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback Work closely with senior leadership on campaign delivery

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience (face-to-face preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Target-driven with a team-focused mindset Ability to motivate and develop others
