Sales Ledger Administrator - Runcorn
Salary: 26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch
Location: Runcorn
We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing the full sales ledger process.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records*
Process invoices, payments, and credit notes efficiently*
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly*
Assist with month-end procedures and reporting*
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations*
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales ledger or finance administration*
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy*
Good organisational and communication skills*
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software*
