Working in partnership with contractors, consultants, and on-site engineers, we design, implement, and maintain water hygiene programmes built around the unique needs of every customer.

The Opportunity



Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our expanding accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in finance. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we'll provide full training, ongoing support, and clear pathways for progression.

Key Responsibilities



Processing and maintaining the sales ledger accurately and in a timely manner

Raising invoices and credit notes

Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts

Supporting credit control activities when required

Assisting with month-end reporting and audit preparation

Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service

General administrative and accounting support to the finance team

What We're Looking For



Strong communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel in particular)

A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Previous finance or sales ledger experience is desirable but not essential
