About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Part-Time Sales Ledger Clerk
to join our finance team. The role will primarily be carried out remotely, with occasional visits to our office in
Leigh-on-Sea
when required.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales ledger records, processing customer invoices, and supporting credit control activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, efficient, and looking for a flexible part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and issuing sales invoices.
Maintaining accurate sales ledger records.
Reconciling customer accounts.
Monitoring outstanding balances and assisting with credit control.
Responding to customer invoice queries.
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks.
About You
Previous experience in a finance or sales ledger role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) - desirable.
Confident with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Flexible to attend the Leigh-on-Sea office occasionally.
