What We Do

We sell

extended warranties and boiler/appliance cover

. That means:

Cold calling

: you'll be picking up the phone and making the first move.

Upselling

: you'll also have the chance to tap into our existing customer database and boost your earnings. No sales background? Doesn't matter. We'll train you up.
What counts is your

confidence, motivation, and hunger to win

. If you can bring the energy, we'll give you the tools to succeed.

Work Hard, Play Hard

We're serious about performance - but we're just as serious about keeping things fun. Think darts competitions, tug-of-war, and even "Office Olympics." When you're enjoying yourself, you sell better - and when you sell better, you earn more.

What's in it for You

Basic wage

: 12.21 per hour (but no one stops there)

OTE 32k

in year one - with big potential for more

Uncapped commission

- the more you sell, the more you take home

40 hours a week

- Mon-Fri, 9-5 (no weekends, no late nights)

Early finishes

- hit target, leave at 4pm. Smash your week, go home Friday at 3pm.

Career progression

- top sellers step into Account Manager roles (50k-100k)

Trust

- no micromanaging, no pointless KPI meetings. Just results.
