Sales, Lettings & Customer Care Progressor
to support our internal team and external partners in delivering a smooth and responsive experience for our purchasers, tenants, and residents.
This role is ideal for someone looking to join a dynamic and growing business with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time. The position has scope to evolve into a more senior or permanent role depending on performance and company growth.
The company has a portfolio of 24 units that are currently let out and 56 units sold that are due to complete over the next 6 months with more stock to be purchased and built over the coming years.
Role Summary
The
Sales, Lettings & Customer Care Progressor
will provide day-to-day operational support across three key functions: residential property sales, lettings coordination, and post-completion customer care. Working closely with the Senior Customer Care & Property Manager and Head of Development, external agents, solicitors, you'll ensure every step of the customer journey is handled with professionalism and care.
You'll need a strong understanding of sales and lettings processes, excellent administrative skills, and a passion for delivering quality customer service. The ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support
Assist in managing the buyer journey from reservation to legal completion, ensuring all documentation and milestones are met.
Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate sales progression logs and generate regular pipeline reports.
Keep all sales records up to date and log all communications onto the system
Help coordinate property handovers and manage pre-completion communications with purchasers.
Complete New Homes Demonstrations for buyers
Completing some viewings when required
Attending buyer visits and liaising with Interior designer and agents & external stakeholders
Lettings Coordination
Work with external lettings agents to manage new listings, pricing strategies, and marketing assets.
Coordinate all lettings-related administration, including tenancy agreements, compliance documents (e.g., gas safety, EPCs), and deposit registration when required
Monitor lettings activity and occupancy rates, and flag issues proactively to management.
Provide onboarding support for tenants, including welcome packs and key handovers.
Work with the property manager to complete renewals
Customer Care & Defects Management
Assist the property manager for post-completion customer queries and defects reporting.
Log, track, and monitor issues in line with developer defect periods and response times.
Liaise with our Property Management partners and contractors to ensure prompt and professional resolution of reported issues.
Maintain detailed records and follow-up with residents to ensure issues are satisfactorily closed.
Liaising with residents and contractors to ensure repairs are completed in the required timelines.
Operational & Administrative Support
Support internal teams with document control, data entry, CRM management, and general reporting.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, AML, and relevant housing legislation.Assist in preparing development launch packs, sales reports, and management handover documentation.
Support the broader business with project coordination, marketing tasks, and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile Essential
4+ years of relevant experience in residential sales and/or lettings (developer, agency, or property management background).Excellent knowledge of property sales progression and lettings compliance.
Confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including agents, solicitors, contractors, and customers.
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workflows.
Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.High level of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work fairly autonomously
The right candidate should be a good team player and understand the importance of collaborative and open working in small teams
Can do attitude and is happy to get involved with anything that might come their way
Desirable
Experience working for a residential property developer or new-build environment.
Familiarity with defect management systems or post-completion care processes.
ARLA or NAEA certification or relevant industry qualifications.
Knowledge of the Fulham/SW London residential market.
