We are seeking a enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
```Duties```
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or renting process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork and documentation accurately
Training can be be provided for right candidate

This is for a full time position of 35 hr a week which meets National min Wage plus commission opportunity. The working Schedule each week is every Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm and every Saturday 10am - 4pm.
